LONG-TERM SUPPLY OF MEDICINES SECURED

The National Council decided to extend the price regulation for biosimilars (follow-on preparations of complex biological medicinal products) for the next two years – just in time before the deadline expired. By extending the price rule, the security of care for patients could be guaranteed for the near future and further savings could be made for the healthcare system.
